
Deployment Changes, Deprecations, and Removals

Deprecated APS Catalog Applications
The following outdated APS Catalog applications will be deprecated and removed in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.71: DotNetNuke, Magento, Zen Cart, concrete5, phpList, osCommerce, Gallery, BBClone, SugarCRM, Coppermine, and SquirrelMail.
The BIND DNS server has been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows. We recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks to ensure a smooth upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70.
The Horde component has been removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
RKHunter has been removed from the Watchdog extension.
SDK Functionality
The implementation of the EventListener interface without the filterActions method will be deprecated in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.69. Starting from Plesk Obsidian 18.0.71, it will be mandatory to implement the filterActions method. See more details.

Security and Third-party Components Updates
We continue to deliver up to date versions of supplied and supported third-party software to offer the best possible performance and security. Here are some of the key updates:
- Updated PHP 8.4 to version 8.4.7.
- Updated PHP 8.3 to version 8.3.21.
- Updated AVIF to version 1.3.0 for PHP 8.3-8.4 (Linux only)
- ProFTPD: Updated to version 1.3.9.
- OWASP ModSecurity CRS: Updated to version 4.12.0.
- ModSecurity: Updated to version 3.0.14 (nginx) and 2.9.8 (Apache).
- Phusion Passenger: Updated to version 6.0.26.
- Python: Updated to version 3.13.2.
- MailEnable Standard: Updated to version 10.51.
- ASP.NET Core: Updated to versions 9.0.3 and 8.0.14.
- POCO: Updated to version 1.14.1.
