We once again reached out to our incredible community with a quick survey to gather feedback on the features we delivered in 2024, as well as plans for 2025. This was our fifth annual survey, and we cannot fully express our gratitude for your participation.
With 557 responses, we’ve compiled a comprehensive overview of the survey results to share in this blog post. At the end we’ll be including our 2025 roadmap as well. Let’s dive into this year’s results!

We are pleased to find that the survey audience represents a wide range of perspectives, representative of the majority o And in terms of the overall satisfaction:
One of the most important pieces of feedback on this survey was related to features delivered in 2024:

- DNS checking utility in UI (19.6%)
- Plesk Migrator improvements (19.4%)
- Staging sites in one click (19%)
- Improved Webmail Experience (17.6%)
- Site/Server Automatic Health Reports (17.4%)
- SEO Tools (17.4%)
- Renew Plesk Mobile Application (15.1%)
- Better Litespeed integration (14.9%)
- Plesk as a private VPN server (13.6%)
- Extended support for old PHP versions (security patches) (13.3%)
In the course of 2025, we plan to deliver at least half of the requested features.
And finally, below are the top 5 categories received in the feedback comments, which we will use to ensure future releases are meeting or exceeding expectations:
We received a lot of valuable feedback from this survey and are very much taking the results to heart, which include:
“I believe Plesk is the best choice for hosting, offering affordable pricing for unlimited accounts. However, as a new hosting provider, my user base is still very small, which has resulted in significant losses for me. I sincerely hope that Plesk will not increase its pricing at this time.”
“Work on bugs and really needed features, not just useless features that try to replace sysadmins.”
“Develop a strategy to ask for reviews at the right time and make it easy for customers to leave them. You can send emails, push notifications, or include a link to the review page on your website.”
“I think the whole UI interface is outstanding.”
“Better guidance for Email/Domain/DKIM Configuration especially when DNS is NOT managed by Plesk”
