Devin Frachalla is making waves as a female leader in the tech industry. As a Marketing Specialist at Nexcess, she has found her passion in technology and marketing, and her family’s support has been a driving force behind her success.
Frachalla has always been drawn to tech, from taking pictures of her cat as a child to coding her Myspace profile. After growing up in the Chicago suburbs, she now calls the Metro Detroit area home and has been working in tech for the past three years.
In her role at Nexcess, Frachalla oversees social media strategy and reputation management. She continuously educates herself to stay on top of trends and represent the brand effectively. She is proud to have been nominated for Liquid Web’s Dewy Award and was able to donate $1,000 to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in honor of her sister’s diagnosis.
Family plays a significant role in Frachalla’s life, and she credits them with her motivation and success. Her motto, “You got this!”, helps her push through challenges and encourages other young women to pursue careers in tech.
